Constructed, Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard, all quality fixtures and fittings. Full air-conditioning, full Sky package, 37" LCD TV, DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, CD player, PS2 with games, pool table and bar. Huge Lounge/entertainments area (90 sq m). Separate dining room which has fabulous sea views. A very modern well equipped kitchen.Four bedrooms two double and two twin. Two en-suite bathrooms, main bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a separate cloakroom. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival, pool towels and bathrobes (in master suite) are also provided. Midweek towel change. Linen change weekly. On your arrival at the villa you will be greeted by our villa manager and she will also be your contact during your stay should there be anything at all that you may require. Playa Blanca Village has a large pedestrian shopping area with plenty of shops and supermarkets, the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars. The Marina Rubicon with it's designer shops and upmarket restaurants/bars is well worth a visit |

Unsuitable for wheelchairs, this is due to the number of stairs and steps which all of these villas have.

Hello Marie,
Just wanted to pass on our appreciation and thanks to you. Our holiday to Lanzarote was fantastic!!! The villa is just amazing and was everything we had hoped for.
Me and Sarah spent most of the days out of the villa, walking along the promenade and discovering new restaurants, shops and what Playa Blanca had to offer. My Mum and Stepdad however took the relaxed approach and stayed by the pool.
We absoloutely fell in love with Lani's restaurant at the Marina Rubicon, we ate there on 4 occasions as the service and food was excellent.
We will definitely be booking the villa again - even considering just for the 2 of us :-)
