This stunning 5* luxury villa with 220 sq m of living space/plot 500 sq m is situated in an elevated position (on a one of the best plots) with magnificent panoramic sea views to Papagayo beaches, Fuerteventura and Los Lobos.
Car hire is not considered essential as it is only a short 10 minute walk to the nearest beach/restaurants/bars etc. The nearest supermarket is a 2 minute walk.
Constructed furnished and equipped to a exceptionally high standard with all top quality fixtures and fittings.
Private 8x4m heated swimming pool (cleaned twice weekly), Airconditioning, Large LCD TV with satellite & DVD player.
Huge lounge (90 sq m), separate dining room, fully fitted kitchen. Four bedrooms: 2 double (both with en-suite facility) and 2 twin. Main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower enclousre. Separate cloakroom.
Welcome pack on arrival and pool towels are provided. Midweek towel change and for those guests staying longer than 1 week clean linen and a full clean of the villa.
On your arrival you will be greeted by the villa manager and he will also be your contact during your stay should there be anything at all which you may require.

Playa Blanca Village has a large pedestrian shopping area with plenty of shops and supermarkets, the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars. The Marina Rubicon with it's designer shops and upmarket restaurants/bars is well worth a visit |

Unsuitable for wheelchairs, this is due to the number of stairs and steps which all of these villas have.
