There is also a full size slate bed pool table within this area. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 double both with an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin. The main bathroom has a jaccuzzi bath and separate shower enclosure. There is also a separate cloakroom located on the first floor. Separate dining room with CD player. Modern, fully equipped kitchen. Private heated 8m x 4m pool and Hot tub/Spa (both cleaned twice weekly). Very private south facing terraces which are set on 3 levels and decked out with sun loungers, patio furniture and Canarian BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco. The villa is fully alarmed and has secure private parking for 2 cars and an intercom entry system. There is also another gate leading to the pool area for added privacy & security. Welcome pack & pool towels are provided. On your arrival at the villa you will be greeted by the villa manager and he will also be your contact during your stay should there be anything at all that you may require. Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo and is approx 10 mins walk or 2 mins by car. There are also 2 other beaches in Playa Blanca and a little further out the fabulous Papagayo beaches, which are well worth a visit. |

Travel
The airport for Lanzarote is Arrecife and is approx 30km from Playa Blanca and will take 30 mins by car/taxi. A taxi from the airport will cost you approx 45 euros. |

Nearest supermarket 2 mins walk. Nearest beach/bars and restaurants 10 mins walk. Punta Limones 15 mins walk (ferry, bars and restaurants). Playa Blanca village 20 mins walk (shops, bars and restaurants). Marina Rubicon 5 mins drive. |

Further details
Playa Blanca has a large pedestrian shopping area with an abundance of shops and supermarkets and the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars. The Marina Rubicon with it's designer shops and upmarket restarants/bars is well worth a visit |
