On your arrival to the villa you will be greeted by the Villa Manager and she will also be your contact during your stay should there be anything at all which you may require.

Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment!

A 30% deposit secures your booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure

Please note: There is £200 security deposit to be paid on all villas. This can be paid in cash on arrival and will be refunded when the property is handed over in good order with no damages incurred

Travel

The airport is Arrecife (ACE) and it is approx 30 mins drive to Playa Blanca. If you are not hiring a car, taxis are readily available outside of the airport and these will cost appox 45 euros each way. Private transfers can also be booked through the link on our homepage.

Distances

Nearest supermarket 2 mins walk. Nearest beach/bars/restaurants 10 mins walk (Playa Flamingo). Punta Limones 15 mins walk (bars, restaurants, ferry). Playa Blanca village 20 mins walk (numerous shops, bars and restaurants). The Fabulous Marina Rubicon less than 5 mins drive.

Further details

Playa Blanca Village has a large pedestrian shopping area with plenty of shops and supermarkets, the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars with something to suit every taste. The fabulous Marina Rubicon with it's designer shops and upmarket restaurants/bars is well worth a visit.

Accessibility

Due to the number of steps/stairs which all of these villas have, we do advise that they are not suitable for wheelchairs or those with reduced mobility.

Check In/Check Out

Check in time is 14.00.  check out time is strictly 10.00 to prepare for the next guests.  If there are no arrivals on your day of departure we will do our very best to offer you a later check out time.

Security Deposit...

There is a £200 security deposit.  This is to be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing the Villa is handed over in good order with no dmages incurred.
