The property comprises of a 3 bedroom villa (sleeping up to 6 persons) and a private self contained studio (sleeping 2 persons). The studio is only rented in conjuction with the villa.

On your arrival to the villa you will be greeted by the owner/manager and she will be your contact during your stay, should there be anything at all which you may require.
Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment!.
A 30% deposit secures your booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Please Note: There is a £200 security deposit which is to be paid in cash on arrival and will be refunded on departure when the property has been handed over in good order, with no damages incurred.

The airport for Lanzarote is Arrecife (ACE) and if you do not wish to hire a car, transfers will cost approx 45 Euros each way.

Playa Blanca is the ideal resort for couples and families. The promenade is lined with many quality restaurants/shops bars etc. The very chic Marina Rubicon is well worth a visit and here you will find many upmaket resturants and designer boutiques.
Accessibility
Due to the number of steps/stairs that this villa has we regret that it is not suitable for disabled or less mobile guests.
Smoking
We regret that smoking is not allowed inside of the villa.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses in Lanzarote, one in Costa Tequise - 40 mins drive and one in Puerto del Carmen 30 mins drive.
Coast/Beach
It is approx 5 mins drive from the villa to the nearest beach (Playa Flamingo) there are also 2 other beaches in Playa Blanca and the beautiful beaches of Papagayo (10 mins drive) are well worth a visit
